I have been working out every morning with Gilad (bodies in motion) for 5 years. When I started I weighed 150lbs at 5"3 size 14 and I now I weigh 140 at 5"4 size 10 and firm. I like the combination of arobic(kick boxing),toning
(upper and lower body),weights and stretching.
I receive many compliments on firmness and youthfulness.
