Three jackasses taking a ride with a clever guitarist
What can I tell you? This album really sucks. Without the guitarist (who by the way writes all of the music) these losers would still be playing cover songs in San Jose night clubs. The artwork on the album/CD cover is so bad that it ought to be sold to a toilet paper manufacturer. Other than the guitarist's ability to write an occasional catchy tune, these guys are terrible. "Walkin' On The Sun" was a masterpiece. But this band is tired and through. The fat singer cannot sing to save his life. Long story short, these got extremely lucky in the music biz and they would not be where they are today without the guitarist (whatever his name is.)

Well... maybe they don't have an "I'm a believer" song on this one. But the album is just plain fun. I like it a lot. And listen to it all day long.

How lame can you get? The album just came out and its already on a Toyota commercial. And the melodies and lyrics are so obvious, they might as well hit you over the head with them. How such a talentless group became such a success is beyond me.

We have heard this album already. With every album Smash Mouth releases, we hear the same album again and again. Here is what you can do: You can either buy this album, or take a dump in a box. If you take the dump, at least your time and money are not totally wasted, and the crap can be spread in your garden to help the pretty flowers grow.

I hate these guys. They make the worst music imaginable, and don't even attempt to do anything original. Smashmouth, please put shotguns to your heads and pull the trigger
