Pros: Its good with cats... My cat likes to lay on top of it.

Cons: The CD drive went out, only one of the USB plugs in the front work, no firewire, display driver is glitchy, audio is glitchy, and Gateway's customer support is a joke.

Ive had this thing a little over a year and all the above items, if not dead already, are certainly on their death bed now, to say the least. The first issue I had is the cd drive. It is the stock drive that came with the system and one day it just s...topped responding completly. swapped it out for a new one and the new one does not work either. and sure enough several other components started going bad. Then gateway's customer service told me that they can offer me over the phone service to fix it but at a rediculous cost for every half hour of time on the phone. They sell you crap then sell you phone time to fix their crap. needless to say I opted outta that deal and went to newegg and tigerdirect to custom order my new pc using trusted components and couldnt be happier.
