    Pros: can't think of any

    Cons: many

Difficult camera to program and operate, even following the instruction book that came with it. We did not open the box until six weeks after it was purchased. It didn't have a cord to connect it to the computer nor a CD for it's software t...o make it run. TOO BAD was Gateways response - they didn't supply missing parts after 30 days - NO EXCEPTIONS!We do have a printer we can put the data card into but, all we can get out is pictures with heavy lines in it.We have spent roughly $3500.00 on Gateway products in the last 2 years - NEVER AGAIN! Pros: Good zoom, high pixel quality

Cons: Memory card errors, lost pictures, slow, no support

We thought we had thoroughly researched the DC-T50 prior to purchasing but somehow missed all the poor reviews of Gateway Tech Support and the various errors experienced by other users. We have suffered through "Protected Card Error", "...Missing Card" , blank screens, locked zoom, and the plain old refusal to turn on. Even when batteries are new. We even purchased another card and still received the error. Gateway is nearly impossible to contact. After 5 tries of going through a maze of menus then being disconnected, we were told the camera could not be returned but if we pay to ship it, it might be fixed within 4-6 weeks. So not only have we missed (or taken and the camera dropped) pics from our daughter's bday and holidays, we will miss our vacation unless we spring another $500 on another camera and call this one a wash. Most disappointed I have EVER been with a product. Spare yourself. Do not buy it. Read more Less
