Cons: POS, Weight

We have had many many problems with our CX2620 and we have only owned it 3 months. We have sent it to gateway 3 times in that time because we have a major problem with it not cutting on most of the time :(

Pros: fast and easy

Cons: battery last for about 2 hours

ive never had one before i was nerves.now i cant live without it.I drive truck im gone about two weeks at a time.Now i just hope on and talk to the kids.I get directions and eevrything i need

Pros: fast, powerful, can handwrite documents, great grafics

Cons: hr standard battery, but easily expandable

I've had this laptop for about 3 months now, and it continues to amaze me. Its fast, the screen resolution is great. It comes with alot of convenient software, thats great for studying and school. Such as one note, which is like a digital binder where all of your notes written on screen can be kept along with snippings of web pages, handouts, online syllabus clippings, everything. All organized in folders and sections. I have never been this organized. Digital note cards. equation writer, ink desktop...etc. At first I didn't expect to game on this laptop and I did not expect much from the ATI mobility radeon x600 raphics card but It works great with games such as couter strike, half life 2, and HL 2 episode 1. Overall im very satisfied. I do not carry any notebooks to my classes, just a back pack with my laptop. I use the stylus to write my notes on my laptop, and I have an SD card in the front slot to keep all of my backed up work. You get so much for such a great price 100 gb hard drive, great grafics card, 1.7 ghz processor, 1 gig ram

Pros: Sexy design that appeals to a lot of people

Cons: Complete lack of tablet functionality

Stay away from these units...Gateway is having a lot of issues with the screens and the stylus' not being recognized. A lot of these units have been returned due to this defect alone. I have already gone through two units which had the issue and I am on my third. Unfortunately I am unable to return this unit, all I can do is keep getting it repaired.
