A littleof everything
Pros: you can carry it any where, nice size
Cons: at times it will take you the long way
over all it is a good unit , I had this one for two years now. The spelling has to be perfect of the streets or cities. you unhook it and bring it with you any place. the window mount works great, it only fell a few times,which isn't bad at all... a great unit..

Over all this is a great Unit for the price. Only draw back I found is it has my house listed as a block back and to the right. It is one block up and to the right. Nother fault Going into town from where I live and coming home it has me going down a dead end dirt road and some ones private drive way. Other wise It works great on out of town trips.

I love this thing, and my clients love it. I am a Realtor and I was tired of getting lost, so I went out and bought the Garmin Nuvi 200. I loved the price, bought it at Walmart for $95.99 ($104.50 after tax). This thing is so easy to use, I took it out of the box, and started using it, literally, 2-minutes later even after "setting it up". It's great. Even clients whome I drive with love it.
Keep in mind this is my first GPS system, but I love the features, you can add a photo-slide show, set your favorite locations with ease, and even change the car on the display.Was this review helpful? Yes - NoWaste of Money

This device took me on the least efficient route possible. Kept taking me off of arterial streets and highways. Told me to take a "sharp right" while I was going 70mph on I-44. There was not an exit and no place to turn. I was on a straight away. Taking this back for a refund.

Pros: Very user friendly
Cons: Incorrect Final Destination
Overall this device seems very good and very easy to use. However, at least twice that I've used it, it showed that I had arrived at my destination on the map, but the voice in once instance did not to say to turn right and the other time it said to turn left when it should have been a right. But it has never not gotten me where I needed to go.

Pros: good for areas that you don't know
Cons: Does not say the street names, only turn left/right-and how many miles to do the turns
I almost really like this system, but would prefer one that speaks the streets not just the turns. I have to look on the system as I drive to see the street information

I have had my "Garmin nuvi 200 "only a few months but I think it is great.Easy to see with the large screen and nice to have the name of the street just in case you miss on what was being said. I love the way it re-sets itself in case you miss a turn. I haven't had any problems.

We have been using the Garmin Nuvi 200 on known route close to home to get used to it. It routes us everywhere but right. Several times on divided highways it told us to make a sharp left then an immediate right which, according to the picture and the direction would put us on the same highway but in opposing traffic. That's just not right! We do have a factory navigation system in our Lexus LS430 so it's not like we've never used one before.

Cons: Maps in rural areas not up to date, only lists businesses that are over 2 years old
My buddy made me stop on the way home after we got lost out of state. I picked it up for $250(at the time they were going for $350) at a 2-day sale at Best Buy. It's really simple to operate and the screen is bright enough to see in bright sunlight. I'd like to get an updated map for rural areas and an updated business list, but I really can't complain. For the money, you can't beat it. I even picked one up for my Mom last X-mas and she loves hers.
