    Pros: ease of use, preprogrammed, fits nicely on my window

    Cons: I can't change the voice.

    My husband has a Garmin 2720. I liked the C530 because it was smaller and fit nicely on my windshield. The battery lasts a long time so I don't have to have wires hanging down. I love that it marks the place I am and I can add it quickly to my fa...vorites. I picked the lowest price online and got a great deal. Certified Digital had it to me in two days with no additional cost. My first on-line shopping experience was great. Read more Less

    Pros: This GPS is quite accurate and works well

    Cons: It does NOT speak street names

    The Yahoo Shopping description says it speaks street names but it does NOT. Unfortunately for me, I bought this specific unit based upon the fact that is did speak street names only to find that the description was incorrect.     Pros: convenience of use and accuracy

    Cons: it reminds me when I make a wrong turn ~ like a husband :-)

    Some Problems

    Pros: Everything good as described by others

    Cons: Problem in getting the signal at the start and sometimes give wrong instructions

    I was very happy with this until I encounter this terrible problem couple of time. I almost got lost unless I could find someone who could direct me. I had to drive 10-15 miles without the signal. This hapenned at least 2 times. The other problem was... suddenly it lost the signal and when it cam eback it gave me wrong directions to turn to left instead of right. I decided to return this. Read more Less

    Pros: Speed at which it recalculates routes

    Cons: No text to speech (Minor)

    I recently purchased the c530 and the wife and I were playing with it on a recent visit to her brother's in a neighboring state. It did an excellent job of getting us there, but my wife being ornery and NOT liking technology decided she was going... to test this contraption and refused to follow the indicated route. The c530 kept recalculating with every missed turn to the point I think it was anticipating her missed turns because it seemed to get faster and faster at recalculating with each missed turn.     This is my first GPS.After reading all the reviews of the Garmin c530.I decided to purchase it.The best decsion I have ever made.Love it easy to use right out of the box.If you miss a turn it reroutes you fast. the screen is easy to see even in sunli...ght.The staff at Buydig are Remarkable, I ordered my unit on Dec 26 and recived it on Dec 29 Awsome.
