    Pros: easy to use, works great WHEN working

    Cons: broke down 4 times w/in 6 months

    This washer broke down before it was 3 months old, it then broke down 3 more times within the first 6 month period before it was replaced by GE, who was extremly uncooperative. The new washer (a slightly different model but same basic package) then b...roke 3 months and 2 days after being installed. GE is extremely hard to work with, never returns calls, no one follows through on their job. Read more Less
