    Pros: lots of features

    Cons: inside light burns out fast

    GE says the inside is warranted for 3 years but it doesn't cover the inside light. Light has burned out twice in less than 18 months. After 12 months it will cost you a service call (avg. $69) to replace a $7 light bulb. The entire unit has to b...e unplugged and removed from the wall to replace the light. This particular model has demonstrated problems with the light according to a local repair company. Read more Less

    Pros: Great features - microwave - convection combo

    Cons: Bad workmanship - zero support - known defects

    Read all the reviews: It is horrible workmanship no support - from web sites - no support at all! 6 month to 3 year life span then it goes to the land fill. Mine even had the wrong documentation inside of it. GE (Sears) offical part center could not... identify or help with a defective thermister that I brought in with the schematic. Also: It appears that the lead solder joints are too close to the heated convection oven. Many reviewers have failures due to the circuit board. Also: The reviewers constantlly talk about the defective door latch interlocks. Can you imagine opening a microwave that is still running? Or the door not closing correctly?
