    TERRIBLE PRODUCT!

    Pros: new and shiney

    Cons: unreliable

    Don't make the same mistake I did...check all reviews on GE Profile washer. Machine stopped spinning.Motor had to be replaced after 4 months. GE required I perform a ridiculous procedure involving filling machine with laundry and opening/closing ...lid 6 times before they would send a tech. Thanks alot GE...I had to empty machine and carry wet laundry out to the garage...again....Tech went thru same stupid procedure (Oh boy! MORE wet laundry!) then had to replace motor...since then I have seen a zillion reviews that tell me I will be hating this GE PROFILE WASHER for as long as I own it. Next time I'll do my research BEFORE I buy another piece of GE junk. Keep your eyes peeled for a class action suit on this. Read more Less
