    VERY Quiet

    Pros: Quiet, good cleaning

    We bought this dishwasher when it just came on the market. We were looking for a very quiet dishwasher, as our kitchen is open and adjacent to the family room. We owned a Bosch DW before which had constant problems and bad cleaning results. Considere...d a Miele, but they were just too expensive and based on the reviews we read, had little advantage over other brands. So we went with the GE. Very good cleaning results and very, very quiet. We often have to hold the hand on the front panel to find out if it is running.... Only problem we encountered is the liquid detergent holder built into the front door. It worked great for a couple of months, then it clogged up and we found no way to unclog it. We are now using the standard dispenser, and it works fine. If you are looking for a quiet, well performing DW, this model is it. Read more Less

    Pros: sleek design, hidden controls, QUIET

    Cons: costs alot

    This is the best darn dishwasher I have ever owned. It washes well if you take the time to actually load it properly. I see negative reviews of how it does not clean but I think those people just huck the dishes in. The sound upgrade works great and ...fits perfectly (if you actually pay attention to the directions). It may not fit as many dishes as the manufacturer claims but it does my family of five just fine. The only thing I don't like is gunge build up at the front of the floor where the door meets. You have to wipe this out every couple of weeks. If you read a negative review of this product it was written by a moron. Read more Less
