Very Satisfied
, January 6, 2008Reviewer: Yahoo! Shopping User1 of 1 Yahoo! Users found this GE GSH25JFTWW review helpfulPros: Roomy, pull-out shelves, quiet, through-the-door water/ice
Cons: None thus far
We bought our fridge from a local appliance dealer--purchased 5-year extended warranty for $129. Our previous refrigerator was a smaller top-freezer. This unit is much quieter, larger, and I love the through-the-door water and ice (both cubed and crushed). The glass shelves are adjustable and pull out--both excellent features. Our local dealer has his own service dept., so I expect obtaining service to be a non-problem. We have had the refrigerator for less than a month, but at this point I give it very high ratings. ...

Pros: NONE!
Cons: Doesn't work, terrible service
At exactly one year, our GE refrigerator stopped working. First, the freezer side would freeze up. We had to turn it off for 24 to get it to work again. . .for another 2-3 weeks! After paying nearly $400 to have this repaired, the refrigerator side started doing exactly the same thing. Oh, and did I say that GE does not have any service agreements in our area and that they would NOT sell parts to our local appliance repairman!
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER GE APPLIANCE!!! ...
