    I picked up this album because I loved "Possession" and "Ice Cream, but after sitting down and listening through this whole album, it was incredible and amazing.Her lyrics are full of emotion and expression nd its just mind-blowing.     You'll "Fumble" Towards Excellent Music

    I absolutely love this album. I like Sarah's albums, but this is her strongest. This will be a "Plenty" of "Possession" to own. Do not "Wait" to get this, or choose someone "Elsewhere". You could "Mary" this album! It's "Good Enough" to make you enjo...y it and get some "Ice Cream" because of the beautiful lyric tones that just blocks fear like "Ice". You will not get in a "Circle" of "Fear" with this album. Sarah's voice in "Fumbling Towards Ecstasy" makes you not fear anything. Get this, you will definitely "Hold On" to it forever!     This is, without a doubt, the most beautiful sounding combonation of lyrical and musical power. Each song offers an amazing unravelling of deep lyrics that speak of our surrounding realities and other clever concepts that only Sarah could illustrate... so perfectly. I've heard all of her CD's (latest being Mirrorball) and this is still my favorite. It has an ability to set a mood like no other with its painfully poetic and truly exhilirating verses. Anyone who appreciates lyrical prominence in music will find this CD to be one of the best of our time. Fumbling truly refreshes the soul. Sarah's all-time best song, Elsewhere, is reason enough to own this album. Josée Read more Less

    This IS the Sarah Mclachlan album to have. If you are not a big fan of hers,this album will make you one. While all of her albums have been excellent,this one truly out shines all previous albums and ,so far, everything after it. Sarah makes a real ...connection with the listener here. Her style is unique. Her lyrics are truly beautiful. The music is warm and lush. A true artist in every way. I would give this album 6 stars if it was possible. Add it to your collection.     FUMBLING TOWARDS ECSTASY is the shining star in the McLachlan constellation. It outdoes its predecessors and its follow-ups alike. Never have such beautiful songs been compiled on one album. Some are haunting and ethereal, others driven and clear. "...Possession" stands out, as does the song "Good Enough." Songs like "Elsewhere" and "Ice Cream" are gorgeous and elusive, but also contain a grain of sweetness and self, a bit unusual for the normally astuere McLachlan. This album is a breaking loose from the past. Here, McLachlan has finally found herself and the quality shows. Read more Less
