Dara retreats from the darkside a bit on From Here to There, opening with a few positive-minded productions including L Double Serena's "Crazy" and a Klute remix of his own production, "Duplicity." By the fourth track, we're in familiar territory for DJ Dara, with many of the usual suspects: DJ Hype ("The Big 3-Oh"), Decoder ("Hazardous"), Kenny Ken ("Project One"), and John B. ("Prowler," "Progress"). Perhaps sensing that he's in danger of getting a bit stale, Dara takes a more active part in the mix and chooses transitions that don't necessarily flow as smoothly as usual.
