Hanks leads an excellent cast, featuring Robin Wright Penn as Jenny, Forrest's lifelong love; Gary Sinise as the irascible Lt. Dan, his Vietnam superior; Mykelti Williamson as Bubba, a shrimp-loving soldier; and Sally Fields as his devoted mother.     Pros: Any person can 'get it.' You don't have to be a grown up.

    Cons: None!!!

    I went to a Bubba Gump restaurant last night on Navy Pier in Chicago. Earlier in the summer, I went to a Bubba Gump in New York. While there, I was able to remember just what is so great about Forrest Gump. Forrest was not a "smart man" or ...was he? The wisdom portrayed throughout this movie proves to all that 'book smarts' has nothing to do with people smarts. Forrest loved his friends fiercely and had compassion for people in general. But his honesty was the most endearing quality that was portrayed in this film. I love Tom Hanks in general, however, I don't think I have seen a movie with a better message than Forrest Gump!     Pros: good

    Cons: cool

    Forrest Gump maybe Tom Hank's best performence yet, but it really needs help with sally field I thought her performence was ok I wished Diane Lane or somebody old would be in it. But it's still the best movie ever. Steven Speilberg is an awes...ome director and Robert Zemekis is a good producer. So overall I Guess I would say an A for this totally awesome movie.
