Flavio Raymundo Martínez González was born in July 26, 1972, in Monterrey, Mexico. Flavio Cesar used to sing in festivals and contests at a young age. His decision to become a singer came when Flavio was a regular administration student in Monterrey and realized that his real passion was music. He moved to Mexico City to get started. Clase '69 was his first band, breaking up when Flavio decided to start a solo career. Carlos Lara and Tino Geiser were the producers of his first record released...
