Cons: One swing was faulty!
I purchased two of these for my twins. I really love them. My babies sleep in them almost every night. Initially, they slept in them all day as well once we discovered their power for a colicky baby. HOWEVER, my girls are now four months old and one swing has completely died. First the mobile wouldn't turn well, then it started using batteries much faster than the second swing. Now, the motor has stopped working completely. Unfortunately, the warranty requires that I mail the entire swing TO CANADA. Yeah right.
Very disappointed about this, but still love the swing. ...

Pros: Son loved the motion, and the mirror
Cons: Motor died (not the batteries)
We really liked the motion and the sleep it allowed us as new parents. But the motor dies and the swing would not move. We tried the batteries, and actually exchanged the product twice, but with the same result.
