Fabulous!
Pros: Something to dream about...
Cons: I havent heard of a sequel
This movie is absolutely fantastic. It is such a chick flick and I loved it. It's one of those movies where if your down it can make you smile because you wish something as wonderful, exciting and romantic as that, could some day happen to you. It's every little girl's dream, of being a princess and meeting prince charming. If there is a sequel to be made I can't wait to see it. Katie and Marc did a fabulous job of appearing that they were truly in deep love with one another and the dancing made it even more sensual and romantic. Katie is a gorgeous actress and Marc is an absolute babe, any girl would want the chance to love him too.
I loved this movie and I watch it everytime I'm feeling low.

Pros: Sensuous
Cons: There won't be a sequel
This move made my toes curl. The dancing was so sensuous, and Katie and Marc were so good that they seemed they were truly in love. This movie was light years better than Chasing Liberty. CL was superficial. FD is a movie I can show my grandchildren. There is no profanity (unlike CL)and Marc and Katie didn't have to jump in the sack
(unlike CL) to show they loved each other. The dancing was so beautifully choreographed, I wished it would have continued longer.
The cutaways to the next screen were brilliantly done. It was artfully cast, but the pr was terrible. I don't remember any trailers, and if it had been released during Christmas 2004, it would have done the Katie, Marc, and Forest justice.
Sadly, the possibility of a sequel is probably non-existant because of the poor timing of its release and mistaken comparison to CL, resulting in poor reviews.Was this review helpful? Yes - No
