This is an excellent movie filled with laughs and great actors! This movie will be a classic. Steve Martin & Martin Short are way too funny!!! This movie shows how life is when your daughter gets married. This is a must see, you wont be disappointed.

If this is remake of the 1950's Spencer Tracy/ Elizabeth Taylor classic Father of the Bride. It's a very poor substute for a truly classic film. Mr Steve Martin is not an ACTOR or COMEDIAN. He offers nothing to this movie.

I just loved this movie. I have watched it like a million times! Steve, Diane and everyone is so great!!!! I just can't get enough of the movie. It was very funny and I loved every second. It has an overal happy feeling to it. =)
