First of all most of the "actual footage" is fake. The stuff that is actually real is not gruesome at all. You can tell that most of the scenes are fake as hell because of the many different camera angles and because of the really bad actors. Dont waste your time bying this video. ...

   70% (percent) of this film is real. thers fake scenes in this film but for the most part is real!
   even the fake parts are fun to watch and for people that never seen thease films they wount even tell the fake parts of the film.
   this movie is more of a real life death/horror film (a scary film with real death scenes)
   if you like scary movies turn of the lights drink a couple of beers and enjoy... ...
