Outside gets very HOT
Pros: cooks well
Cons: HOT outside
I called the company and they said it is just the way it is supposed to be. "let it cook or use the handles". I think it could really hurt a child!! DO NOT BUY

Pros: Warm setting is great
Cons: This slow cooker on high warped my counter top to which I am very upset. It gets too hot on the bottom. What can be done????
Needs to have a heat reflector on the bottom. Gets too too hot.
