    Pros: It turns on

    Cons: Foot lever is awful, stair cleaner bad

    If you buy this piece of garbage, don't try to operate it barefoot. You will bruise your heel trying to make the foot lever work to tilt the unit back.
    Whoever designed this is an unmitigated idiot.
    The portable stair cleaner makes more noise than actually doing any cleaning.
    I wrote Eur-freaka and never heard back. Wonder why.

    Best Vac I've ever owned

    Pros: Powerful, Dependable, Convenient hose attachment, Lasts forever

    Cons: None

    I am 47 years old and have went through Hoovers, Bissel, Rainbow, you name it. I purchased this vac-online 12-14 years ago and it runs like the day I bought it. Its made tough, best vacuum suction of them all. I am now buying one for our offices at work. Will never buy anything else but Eureka Smart Bosses. Also rated #1 in Consumers Report, when I bought mine.
