    DON'T WASTE YO MONEY!!!

    Pros: looks great

    Cons: heavy, numerous clogs, stair cleaner non-effective, sprays dust

    Worst vacuum EVER! It worked great for about a month and every time I used it after, it got clogged! I spent more of my time unclogging various parts of this machine than I ever spent actually vacuuming! There have to be at least 10 different parts o...f this vacuum that can get clogged b/c each time it stops sucking up dirt, I find a new clog. It is covered in dust and sprays dust throughout my home, so the "Hepa filter" that is supposed to be so effective is a big disappointment. Read more Less

    Pros: none

    Cons: lots

    Vacuum had to be repaired in the first 6 months because of jet engine sounding noise coming from the motor. It was under warranty and fully covered. Since then the noise has returned, the plastic clips that hold the vacuum upright having broken and a... plastic piece that secures the cord when not in use completely broke off. Would not recommend to anyone. I am not hard on my appliances. Read more Less
