What a collection
Hard to believe there have been so many. Maybe its just me but I think his later (last 20 years) stuff has been his best. Dignity is stunning. I thought another entrant from Oh Mercy would have been ideal 'Man in the Long Black Coat' maybe..

only... Cd Essential. Dylan has been a part a part of my life covering the last
20 years plus. I may not own another Cd by Dylan...Floyd ...is my passion. To put all of Dylan "best" in a 2 CD is awesome. I will never tired if listening

Its good but I could have made a better Dylan essential cd...they missed out on a few and put a few on that aren't as good as others.

I'd call myself a casual Dylan fan. I only own a couple of his cds, but this two CD collection takes the cake. It simply cannot be compared to any "greatest hits/best of" cds that I have heard (including my beloved led zeppelin!). Almost every song is an American classic. Buy this NOW.
