Twenty inches (51 cm) of sit-to-stand motion is coupled with an additional five inches (13 cm) of independent monitor height adjustment and 25° screen tilt, which benefits all users, including those who wear progressive lenses. The keyboard tray provides up to 12° of negative tilt - recommended by ergonomists as the proper typing position. This reduces the risk of repetitive stress injuries. An external 10' coiled cord and the enclosed cable management compartment make it easy to keep things concealed and organized.
