I enjoy it
Pros: It prints out great pictures
Cons: It does use alot of ink but most photo printers do. The ink is cost alot.
I enjoy my printer. It prints off an excellent quality of pictures. The ink does cost alittle more. Thats the price you have to pay though to have great printed at home pictures.

Pros: Pretty good print quality
Cons: Ink cartridge problems
Got this printer to replace an older hp Photosmart printer. Out of the box it started out really well, 'till I replaced cartridges and the problems started. I have to occassionally pop them out and reinstall the cartridges to make it work, also when I switch from the normal to the CD/DVD print position, I get an error message. Think I will go back to hp.

Cons: replacement ink costs
I have had this printer for over 3 months.I have found it to print pictures and cd/dvd very good. CONS:I have found it uses a lot of ink and replacements could get expensive. I have also found that if not used regularly that ink head will get clogged and when u go to clean mode it will use up a lot of ink to clean the heads, almost 1/8 of supply just to clean i use it just for pictures and cd printing. for text i use a laser printer

Pros: Does great on DVD/CD printing
Cons: Ink Catridges
Bougt this printer to replace my Epson Stylus Photo R320 which served me flawlessly for several years. First R380 worked fine until it was time to replace ink catridges, it would not recognize the cyan catridge even though it was an Epson catridge. Epson replaced under warranty. Now second printer will not recognize the black replacement catridge which is an Epson catridge. Epson is now sending me a third R380. I have always used Epson printers and this is the first time one has given me any trouble. It seems th R380 only accepts the ink catridges that ship with printer.
