Pros: Interesting to watch, easy to understand.

Cons: The workouts are quite intense

At first I was skeptical that I could learn anything from a grop of bathing suit models, exercising on a beach. My worries soon vanished as I entered the world of Envy. The workouts, designed by celebrity fitness trainer Michael Carson are actually very effective, although they leave you a little sore for the first few times (that's good though, right? means it's working!)

All the workouts are filmed on a beach in Mexico, which makes things easier on the eye and it helps you concentrate on the final goal, to achieve that bathing suit body.

The girls are easy going in their dialogue, they are friendly but don't preach. There is also less "chat" and more action, something that other exercise DVDs could learn from.

There are a choice of workouts, ranging from the full 20 minutes to short 5 minute sections. Each disk targets a different zone, abs, buns, arms and legs which means you can concentrate on the area that you're most concerned about.

Overall these DVDs are fun and easy to watch as well as being effective from a serious "fitness" perspective. If you follow the instructions you should be ready for the beach in no time!
