Its been a long time since a game can compare to N64 Goldeneye but when the makers of Matrix got invovled, its possible. This game takes us to the extreme with graphix and motivation to keep playing. Enter the Matrix is pretty sweet overall.It has many levels and it doesn't get boring, in fact its kinda addicting. It is best with cheats though...

One cannot give treat this game like any other movie based game. It is in a league all its own. Instead of your standard movie game, which you play the movie out point by point and basically just play it, and pay no attention to the actual movie. The...re are no Real Camera Footage shots in normal movie based games,and it usually has little or no relevance to the actual movie. Enter The Matrix changes all that. The actions you take in the game actually are a part of the film plot (Matrix: Reloaded/and some parts of Revolutions). You retrieve the disk from the Osiris at its drop point (The Metro Post Office), you call all the ships back to Zion at the airport (following full recall, and not to mention you get to do some kick ass rescuing of another crew member in the airport!). You escape in the sewers from the very meeting that Neo fights the Upgraded Agents in. You rescue Morpheus from the Freeway (right in reloaded where Niobe and Ghost end up behind Morpheus on the semi is where that level ends for you. you actually have to get there). YOu fight the multiple agents, you destroy the power plant...All this and more tie in directly with the movie. The Wachowski Brothers are sheer genuises, I am the biggest fan of their work. this game is horrible.It features bland graphics ,boring gameplay,to many errors like freezing after boss fights and getting stuck in walls.The driving and the rail gun shooting suck the shooting/martial arts part is okay but gets boring quickly.And ...the extra footage is not up to par with the movies.The only semi good feature is the hacking feature.I recommend that you not buy this game.I give it a 1 or a 2 at most. Cons: It costs you money

I'm not a big gamer, but when I do buy a game, I expect to enjoy it. I purchased this game because of all the hype and rave reviews, but this game pretty much sucked...ass.

This was a pretty good game, the driving scenes were a little lacking in areas of handling.. details.. etc. i love the car though.. I wish u could also play as neo, or unlock neo or some thing like that.. the hacking was a little stupid.. pointless..... boring.. etc pretty good game, id rent it first though.. u can get it beat in 5 days Read more Less

playing this game was diff. from alot even though max payne did it first with the slow motion movement enter the matrix took it to the next level with the fighting this game made you want to be able to do it yourself what i like is the movement and ...the many tricks you can do the diff. characters are amazing and diff. with fighting styles what also like is the eminies are that strong just like the movies the agents are fun to fight even if you cant win the dissapointment is you didnt even see neo and you only get to fight trinity i hpoe the next matrix you are able t to pick trinity or neo Read more Less
