    I already have the records from 20 years ago. Since the albums are worn out I needed to replace them with cd's. As far as I am concerned the are one of the best in progressive jazz there is. What a shame the group died in a plane crash after complet...eing their third album. Also I have not recieved the first cd I ordered which is their first album and was hoping you could help. It is titled just "Chase". On the first album Woody Herman who Bill Chase played with said he was one of the finest Trumpet players he ever heard. Read more Less

    One Way reissued Chase's third and fourth albums, Ennea and Pure Music, on one disc in 1997. Neither of the records are among the group's best, but for fans the disc is a blessing of sorts, since it puts two records that have been out of circulation for years -- and unavailable on CD -- back in print on CD.
