although it doesn't sound as a pure classical country music but to me this album is one of the greatest albums i have ever listened to in my life.great voice,great melodies and great lyrics,especailly love is the only house which brings tears in my eyes every time i listen to it.in addition to several love ballads. thanks martina

I'd actually give this CD a 4.5 out of 5. There are a lot of great songs on this CD that really show how great Martina's voice is. The only thing wrong with the album is well...its not perfect. Its not one of those CD's where you are in love with every song on the album and could never pick a favorite. Overall....its a great CD though!

I think this album will make Martina a cross over as a pop singer. She is one of the greatest singers of all times. I've never heard a singer who can hold out high notes like Martina. Good job Martina!

I bought this CD a couple days ago and I think it is one of the best CD's out right now! When you get the chance you should go out abd buy it! You won't regret it. Its such a "feel good" album

This album takes Martina to a new level.
It is very well produced, and the songs are ones you want to listen to over and over again. Interesting, because it is on the line between Country and Pop. In any case, it is one of the best Albums that I've ever owned and a perfect follow on to Evolution. Martina has many awards sitting on this album.Was this review helpful? Martina McBride's newest CD, Emotion, is one of the best CD's I've ever listened to. And it isn't like some CD's that only have one decent song on it. All of them are good. And I watched her perform this past summer in Grants Pass, Oregon and she put on a great show. I would definetely recommend buying this to anybody.
