    Don't buy Electrolux Dishwasher BAD Experience

    Cons: Overpriced, poor quality and srvice

    TERRIBLE experience, dishwasher was fabulously quiet, mostly because it almost never worked. Electrolux customer service was awful, parts never arrived, the service agent recommended by Elextrolux had no clue what he was doing. Same repair man tried... to repaired dishwasher 4 times, each time same part failed, we paid for repairs "out of waranty" although it was never properly working while under warranty. Obviously if the same part failed over and over, something else was going on to cause the failure. And on and on. Electolux' customer assistance did nothing, made various promises and NEVER came through. After multiple attempts at having unit fixed, we tried to work with Electrolux customer service one last time. they promised to have a different service provider call and determine what the real problem was. After not hearing from anyone, we gave up and replaced unit with a different brand and have had no problems. About a month after replacing dishwasher, we got a call from Elextolux asking if we were satisfied with the repairs that they had done. Oops it would have been nice if they had bothered to even have a repair person call let alone show up to make any repairs. Read more Less

    NO SERVICE STAY AWAY

    Pros: QUIET

    Cons: ONLY LASTED 60 DAYS

    Bought this from Lowes and it is very quiet, however, that is the only attribute. The machine quit on day 55. Getting someone out or to listen from Lowes or electolux seems like it requires a presidential order confirmed by congress. We are on day 6 ...with no service and no call back from electrolux. Was just tols I didn't get a call yesterday because they aren't allowed to call out on Monday's. It is not worth the money!!!!! Read more Less
