A great moive by a great director, Mr. Tim Burton. I love any work that he's don over the years, my favorites being Edward Scissorhands, and Beetlejuice. I love that he produced in Nightmare before Christmas, and it did such a wonderful job. This... movie really opened my eyes to the actor Jonhny Deep, who is an outstanding actor...and not to metain sooooooo HOT!!! I woul buy this movie for anyone who loves to have a good night with friends, but you should be old enough to watch a film like this!! Read more Less

This is my favorite Tim Burton film. I think it is so beautiful and Johnny Depp's wonderful performance, everytime I watch it I cry my eyes out. This is not only a story about a guy with scissors as hands, BUT an everyday story of a reject/misfit in... a-plug-in society and how they are rejected based on everyone elses actions toward them (gossiping, ect.) Also, everytime I see I notice something different each time such as the use of colors and a snowflake in every scene. This is certainly my favorite movie! Read more Less

LOVE THIS MOVIE. Love the director, love the actors, I just love everything about it. When the mother finds Edward she immediately takes him in dispite his gothic appearance and dispite what her "friends" might say. She takes him home and t...reats him like her own son. I think this signifies that no matter what your appearence, equal love should be given to all. This was demonstrated perfectly. Congradulations, Tim. I have to say this was your best one yet.
