    This book is great!!!! it let me know what foods to get that are healthy compared to other foods.overall you should get this book.O yeah!!!! it also has the top 20 worst foods in America,you will never believe what came in number one!!!! ;)

    I JUST BOUGHT THIS BOOK YESTERDAY AND I CANNOT BELIEVE THE THINGS THAT I HAVE PICKED OVER THE YEARS AS "HEALTHY" AND IT TURNS OUT THAT THEY ARE NOT. THIS BOOK WILL BE THE FIRST THING I GRAB WHEN GOING OUT.......ITS A MUST HAVE FOR THOSE WHO... EAT OUT A LOT LIKE ME. Read more Less

    This book is a must have for everyone!! I keep it close at all times. I love going out to eat knowing that i'm going to make healthier choices from the menu.

    Pros: Good Comprehensive Book

    Cons: Entirely too large

    Why doesn't the author write a condensed version of this book so that you can put in your pocket or purse. One that has the essentials like location where the food is ordered, food type or name, calorie count and fats. That is what is really need...ed, not another monstous book. This book is entirely too big with too much non-essential stuff and therefore a waste of money. Read more Less
