Pros: Good Comprehensive Book
Cons: Entirely too large
Why doesn't the author write a condensed version of this book so that you can put in your pocket or purse. One that has the essentials like location where the food is ordered, food type or name, calorie count and fats. That is what is really needed, not another monstous book.

These books are made popular because people have not self control. If you lard butts would put down the donut, and eat less, then you would not be fat. It is easy to eat sensible.

I JUST BOUGHT THIS BOOK YESTERDAY AND I CANNOT BELIEVE THE THINGS THAT I HAVE PICKED OVER THE YEARS AS "HEALTHY" AND IT TURNS OUT THAT THEY ARE NOT.
