Early Edition - The First Season (1996)

A black cloud seems to be hovering over Chicago stockbroker Gay Hobson (Kyle Chandler). After being fired from his job and thrown out by his wife, he finds himself holed up in a fleabag motel with precious little of his dignity remaining. But Gary's outlook changes once he starts receiving a mysterious paper on his doorstep, bringing tomorrow's news! While Gary could use his sagely knowledge to get stinking rich--as advised by his buddy Chuck (Fisher Stevens)--he instead uses it to help others and stop disasters before they happen. Driven by this irresistible premise, the show follows Gary as he tries to change the future by altering the the present--often with unforeseen consequences! This collection presents the first season of the series.
