ESPN Stadium Anthems is an energetic sports rock collection well-suited to any kind of fan and equally infectious as the five-volume Jock Jams set made popular ten years before. Classics from Queen, Kool the Gang, and Gary Glitter are mixed with new-millennium favorites from Moby, the Baha Men, and Fatboy Slim for a rocking good time. Dance-pop mainstays such as EMF's "Unbelievable" and Snap's "The Power" add a bit of nostalgia, while N.E.R.D. gives a little attitude on "Rock Star." The edge continues to the end with a hidden bonus track from the New Zealand garage rock act the D4. ESPN Stadium Anthems is fun enough in keeping the listener's attention; however, adding the intro to AC/DC's "Hells Bells" would make this compilation more complete.
