    DON'T COUNT ON ANY REBATES

    Pros: Good unit. Works well.

    Cons: Lousy customer support.

    Purchased the card and reader and was promised a $10 rebate. I filed right away but never heard from edge. I emailed them after 8 weeks but no response. I emailed again and received a standard form that said they could not process by rebate. I tried ...calling customer service but the phone number they gave in their response was disconnected. Lousy company overall. Don't count on any rebates either!!!! Read more Less
