don't waste your money
Pros: cleans the rugs well

The hose kinks, the cord is too short, the cannister is unstable and is hard to manuver, the dirt cup fills very quickly and you have to empty it after every room or it does "clog". I vacuum 2x week but the dirt cup is always overflowing and it is not easy to clean. But finally, the most annoying feature - the vacuum turns from rug setting to bare floor setting without warning while you're vacuuming the rugs! Don't waste your money - I have only kept it b/c I refuse to pay the restocking fee. Anyone want a dyson? I'll sell it cheap!

Pros: Great suction
Cons: A little heavy
I have had this vacuum for almost a year it works well on carpet and hard floors. Is the best vacuum for pet hair. It has many attachments I thought I would never use, but have started using and like them a lot. My floors are notaciably cleaner than with my other vacuum a dirt devil. I have recommended it to others with pets and they like it too.
