Not funny

Cons: Painful to Watch
I rented this movie thinking it was a comedy. There was nothing funny about it (just boring). In fact it was almost painfull to watch. Luckily my DVD player has a 1.5 times speed. This was very helpful as I wouldn't have finished the movie without it.

Pros: Had its funny moments
Cons: Story was absolutely stupid
Duplex had its moments with funny parts, but overall it was a pretty blah movie. That old lady got to the point of making me so mad that I was ready to off her myself. The ending was disappointing, and I just wasn't happy with the movie as a whole. I guess it's not a WASTE of money to rent, but make sure that you see all of the others on your 'must-see' list before this one.
