This is the Best Jim Carrey Movie Every singer Kid will live this Christmas Movie about a green smelly monster who disguse hisself as Santa Clause.

Ron Howard and Jim Carrey bringing the classic Grinch to the big screen, what a team! the film would have been a disaster without the megafunny Jim Carrey and brilliant director Ron Howard. The music put together by James Horner captures the magic that's in the film. superb work and a must have DVD!

Well, I also enjoyed this movie. I watch It's a Wonderful Life, Charlie Brown Christmas, Frosty, Scrooged, Grinch (original),and now I will add the new Grinch to the Christmas list because it is very good. The "Where are you Christmas" song was beautiful, and I wish they would play it on the radio a hundred times a day to help us get ready for Christmas this year. As far as the one bad review- well, ONE review is enough said. Great MOVIE!!!

The Grinch is another exhibition of Jim Carreys infinite talent! The whole movie is hilarious and the filler plot is great. A definite 5-Star movie from Ron Howard!

Damn... that's the longest release for a movie to come out on VHS/DVD ever. This film should have been on VHS/DVD several months ago. It came out last november. Jesus... that's a long time ago.

I saw the Grinch in the theater. It was the late (9:30) show, and the audience was absolutely packed full of adults. We all laughed so hard that tears were running down our faces. It's a hilarious movie for both children and adults. Jim Carrey is perfect, and Ron Howard's directing is, as always, flawless.

This movie was the biggest box office film of 2000 and for good reason. Jim Carrey is perfect as the Grinch. The film is made so that children won't be too frightened of the Grinch and find the movie funny but at the same time, adults will find the "inside jokes" funny, too. The visuals of the film are amazing, the soundtrack is fitting and fun. It was worth it just to hear Jim Carrey singing! The film draws from the book and cartoons of the Grinch, of which there were several, and we see the way pain and hurt can cause people to be scarred for life. It's fun and meaningful. The make-up is amazing, too. I seriously recommend this movie!

Jim Carrey did a great job portraying the mean on as did his make up artists, he looked great. There are funny scenes that are ment for little kids and there are jokes that you need to be a certain age to get. I think that if you enjoyed the original, you will like Ron Howard's new interpretation of Who-Ville.
