I feel that this album is slightly underrated, although this is not as good as badmotorfinger, or superunknown but its probbly at the #3 spot on my list under soundgarden, especially with songs like "pretty noose", "rhinosaur", &q...uot;dusty", "blow up the outside world", "burden in my hand", "tighter&tighter&quo
t;, "no attention", "switch opens", and showing their remmaining heavyness with "ty cobb" and mellowness with "zero chance".I recomend this cd for anyone who enjoys "Grunge" music.

    No "Superunknown"-but f*cking good nonth

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Jul 3, 2002

Classic new SG, baby. No strings attached, just pure, beautiful Pacific northwest bred music from the band that defines that elusive word we all came to love...grunge.BEST SONG? - its hard, however...I measure it by the chill factor. You know your ...listening to a new album and you hear a song that you immediatley (regardless if you haven't heard the rest of the cd) go back and play it again? Goose bumps all over...well "Zero Chance, 6 years later still does that to me. Read more Less

I luv this album. And I think if Soundgarden would continue making great albums, they could make another superunknown or even better. But still I also think was good for Chirs Cornell to make ''Euphoria Morning'' cuz is such an inspiring album, a wor...k of art and master-piece of perfection... Read more Less

    Best 90's hard rock!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Oct 30, 2001

What can I say, Soundgarden are simply in a league of their own. They are pure talent.DOTUS is the underrated, yet brilliant follow-up to the epic Superunknown. It is more experimental with songs like Ty Cobb, Never The Machine Forever or An Unkind.M...ust buy! Read more Less

    Not thier best

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Sep 25, 2001

This isnt soundgardens best work. They have gone a bit more experimental with this one mixing punk and pop with thier sludgy grunge sound. Cornell has lost the intensity and emotion he had with previous albums, he almost sounds like hes bored. There ...are still some great songs such as petty noose, zero chance, burden in my hand and ty cobb. But the prodution is poor, making them sound too soft.Superunknown and badmotorfinger are far superior. Read more Less

    come bite the apple

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Jul 26, 2001

When this album was issued, somebody said that Cornell and co. were not the same guys of Superunknown. Well, when Superunknown was issued (and it sure was a masterpiece), were the Soundgarden the same guys of Badmotorfinger? Critics make me laugh. I ...just listen to the music and make myself an opinion. This, man, is a GREAT album. Just push play and listen to "zero chance", "switch opens" or "overfloater" and you'll figure out how the band grew from the ortodossian grunge days. Smooth and precious vocal parts, experimentation in almost every song, musicians at their best. One special mention for Chris Cornell's vocal performance: simply superb. Buy this, if you still haven't got it. Read more Less

Im my opinion this is the best soundgarden album ever. It has all the trademarks of past soundgarden works and still pushes forward in brilliant and creative directions, I was looking forward to their next album until.....

    Da Bomb

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Jul 16, 2001

Soundgarden was one of a few bands(especially in 2day`s bleak rock landscape)that continually pushed itself in new and interesting directions without forgetting their bottom-heavy roots...definitely a good extension of Superunknown which itself was e...xcellent....a sorely missed band.
