    From the static-garbled vocal sample and sinister piano chords of the opener "Dissected," Decoder revels in the paranoid side of drum'n'bass. As on most solid jungle albums of the late '90s, the rhythms and drum programming don't impress quite as much as the synthetic basslines and effects, but Dissection is still worthy of a listen.
