A Legendary Eastwood Film.
This movie really puts Eastwood in as a Household name. I never met anybody that didnt like this one. With .44 Magnum Justice, Clint takes on a red hot sniper named Scorpio - Theres nothing finer. Shoot em up Clint! Shoot for this movie for your DVD collection as well, I sure did!

Don Siegel is one of the best directors there
is and Clint Eastwood is one of the best actors
(and directors) there is. And these guys are
together on a film where a psychopathic killer
stalks people and one brutal cop is here to
nail him.
Still I don't recommend to people who don't
like to see men "jellying up the sidewalk"
(from Hudsucker Proxy). This film makes you
feel bad.
Actually the stadium scene makes you feel good,
though it's bloody. It doesn't make you sick
becuase you know that Harry is doing something

This movie is an absolute excellent film. It is the best movie I have ever seen. This movie was made 16 years before i was even born(Made in 1971) but I love it. I wish all cops were like harry.

regardless of opinions it has become a classic and the foundation of Clint's US success. For the record the Miranda Act was passed some years after the film.

Soundtrack is pumping and tight,
at least I got good laughs at times.

This is one of best action movies out there. Dirty Harry is the kind of vigilante cop you wouldn't mind working on your street. If you set down to watch this one, "You will feel lucky, PUNK."
