One of my favs
this movie takes me back cuz i remember watching this when i was small and how i loved it so much and now i realized that it had al pacino in it all this time lol but still what a great film

This is and will remain one of my very favorite movies. Under Beatty's direction a miriad of characters and and a twisting plot develope into a beautifully orchestrated story. What makes this movie superb is the very essence of the comic is captured. This is the best comic book movie beating out batman and superman movies in my opinion. It is fun to see cameo's of a lot of fun actors too. Sit back and enjoy with this one! I can't wait untill it comes out on DVD!

Lighting, costumes, makeup, and set design made this movie an incredible experience. It grabbed you by the scruff of the neck and threw you into the comic book world of Dick Tracy comic books.

Simple movie that is easy to follow. Warren Beatty does a good job at portraying Dick Tracy. He shows compassion and honesty as the good cop who fights crime against the evil. Madonna plays a wonderfully sensual dame named Breathless who is both innocent and tricky. As always, Al Pacino plays the ruthless villian and mobster, who wants to rule it all and the city he belongs in. A great surprise ending. Exquisite job in using colors to capture the original comic strip.
