    Pros: Real issues, comic relief, spiritual solutions.

    I personally can really appreciate everything about the movie. The abuse is real and so is the retaliation. The comic relief was excellent. I so believe that everyone can relate to some portion of this movie. I think the great thing about it is that ...it wasn't just another piece of entertainment about the issue of adultery, abuse , addiction etc. It is a story based on true life issues with a spiritual solution to each one of them and for this reason I thank you Tyler and all involved.     Excellent movie overall, it is just what I could amagion what would happen with my family. Funny, entertaining, Madea was very funny and her brother, made the movie for me.

    Funniest Movie I've Seen All Year

    I have watched this movie at least 6 times since I bought it. It is very funny, even without all the foul language that is characteristic of most movies made today. I laughed, cried, and then laughed again. I strongly recommend this movie!!!

    Pros: Good plot and scenes

    Cons: NOTHING

    The movie is great, well structured. It shows the real life example of a woman who has loved and/or depended upon her husband through the good times and the bad times and has been abandoned with no one where to turn. In most cases, the man becomes ri...ch and she stays at home. She has not finished her education or gained any work experience because her husband is rich and she does need it at the time. He gets tired and wants to try someone new, most of the time, his secretary. He leaves her for the new one and she has nothing. The best part is her courage to take care of him through all the hurt and the pain and when he starts to want her finally, she forgives him and closes that chapter of her life with nice divorce papers. She finally gets true love. What a fairy tale. It is great, wonderful, excellent. Go see it. Buy it. Love it. Last, but not least,Shamar is hot. Read more Less

    This is a film I can relate too personally. Yes I was dumped and I, nor my friends, famimly and in-laws could not understand why. One day it just upp and happen. My job shut down, my mother passed and bills were 3months behind. I prayed my way throgu...h and God moved for me. I even help my-ex after he moved in with the other woman. So I Thank God for Tyler Perry taking the time to express the reality of life. It is time out for fairy tales story with sexual tones, gossip, and other mess to keep our interest. And yes ladies, there are some good brother out there God has give me mind in 2004 my best friend of 13yrs. I have to pinch myself occassionly to make sure it not a dream. I would say to someone who hasn't seen this movie check it out. It's funny, a tear jerky, and has awesome moral message on Abstinence and the power of forgiveness. It's a must see. Read more Less
