    She has done it again. This CD not only embellishes her musical talents but creates a genre all of its own. Although this CD has been a late in arriving it was worth every penny. **Smooches**

    Pros: Beautiful melodies, not mass produced

    Cons: The Timbaland produced track

    This beautiful woman makes some beautiful music. I respect everything about Alicia Keys from her voice to her ability to write such gorgeous music to the fact that she plays the piano. I love this album just as much if not more than her first with th...e exception of maybe 4 songs. #3 #4 #13 & #15 don't really do it for me but other than that what a beautiful album. I love "Nobody Not Really" "If I Aint Got You" "So Simple" and of course the stunning "You Don't Know My Name" which is so dreamy! Beautiful song. Oh and they should of totally made #13 a full song instead of an interlude. But yes, I will be listening to this CD over and over for quite some time. Read more Less

    This is another must have album from Alicia. Her style is so different from these other singers out, and that's what makes her who she is. Excellent album Ms. Keys.

    If you thought Alicia couldnt top her last album, then you were wrong, this CD is just great from start to finish, and I recommend it to all! If you liked Karma and If I Ain't Got You, you will love the whole CD

    I didn't give her all fives because I can see that see's still growing as an artist and the illusion of perfection tends to stunt an artist's growth. This CD put me on another level the first time I heard it. Her knowledge of music and ab...ility to write make Alicia Keys a very powerful force in music. If you lisen closely, you can actually feel the soul in her voice. I liked Songs in A Minor, but I love The Diary of Alicia Keys. I hope she takes her time on the next one like she did with this one.
