    meshuggah is good

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Oct 28, 2004

    Pros: hard rock

    Cons: very short

this album abhorrently increses the number of viscancity when it takes the concusion base with its other scenarios. Basically, its good but not worth the money cause its so short

This album is the best recording put out by any band EVER!. Listening to them is the most ultimate sensory experience you will ever have. I am now tainted....every band I hear from now on, has to live up to the standards of this album. Music will nev...er be the same for me. Read more Less

    MESHUGGAH!!!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Apr 15, 2001

there name says it all!....they are the coolest!...coolest guitars, coolest drums, coolest vocals!...Jens is an absolute champ!...their intence music is what metal should be all about...complicated, and harsh...moves into their more melodic type soun...ds which aren't very evident at all in their other kick-ass album "chaosphere"...my favourite track is the first track "future breed machine"...it's just cool! Suffer in Truth!!!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Feb 11, 2000

Heck yeah! This album is awesome, all the way from the * SHREDDING * production to the pessimistic lyrics! As for MESHUGGAH's vocalist, God almighty, this guy can scream! He actually reminds me a bit of KORN's vocalist, oddly enough... not that KORN... are any good, mind you. The start/stop riffage overlaid on tight double bass work on 'Destroy Erase Improve' will definitely remind people of FEAR FACTORY, so "'Demanufacture' era FEAR FACTORY meets KORN on acid" would be a decent description of MESHUGGAH's music, i think. The modern decay of mankind is the inspiration behind this brutal CD, so what more could you want? I'm not even going to talk about this CD's cool layout. Listen to MESHUGGAH's 'Destroy Erase Improve' and expand your intellect at the same time! Go get it! Read more Less

Your brain's synapses are unprepared for the ascendant power of Meshuggah. High quality, mind bending music. (http://www.roughedge.com)

    Power! Power!...mathematics...

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Oct 16, 1999

I am not a big fan of growling demonic vocalists, but that is about as negative as I can get about this album. How many time signatures can a metal band play in at the same time? The combination of fat bottomed polyrythmic crunch tempered by the spa...cey textures and Allan Holdworth-esque solos of guitarist Frederick Thordendahl makes this album a must for thrash-metal heads and particularly musicians. Buy a helmet, before Meshuggah!!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Sep 23, 1999

Meshuggah is power!! The Swedish band plays a cyber heavy metal similar to Fear Factory, but it's stronger. They also use more synthetizers than Dino Cazares band. The result is excellent: in Europe the band is considered on of the best band, even t...hanx to the high tecnique of the players. Surely to buy if you like the music of the future! Read more Less
