    Don't buy unless you consider it a disposable

    Pros: Sound and picture

    Cons: Poor durabilty and service

    I have a number of Denon components but will never buy from Denon again. My DVM 4800 played great for 1 year then had problems reading discs. I sent it to Denon repair and it was in and out of service for about 4 months - they are very slow. It still... doesn't work right so I gave up since they said that the DVD player was fine. The poor service and "its the customer's fault attitude" finally wore me down. Bought a Sony and it works and plays great - at a much less cost. Live and learn.... Read more Less
