Pros: Denise talks you through the entire workout! She even tells you when to check your heart rate and how many beats you should get. If you're doin too much she'll tell you to slow down.
Cons: I dindn't recieve this video until I was about 20 wks. I wish I would have gotten it in the beginning.
I LOVE this video. I'm buying it for ALL of my pregnant friends and relatives. I could not have done it without Denise! I even lost weight during my 2nd and 3rd trimesters after working out with this video.
