    A Great Workout!!!

    This is a great video for those who like to get a stretch on for a half hour or so. Denise Austin has two segments, one more Pilates oriented, the other more Yoga. I like them both. Definately for those who have at least had one beginner class, in... order to understand what particular stretches will do for the body. I like Jennifer Kries' workout with Pilates, but sometimes they run long. With Denise, I can get a stretch on that I'll feel later, and it's quick. Only problem I'd say I have is she doesn't go to deeply into the 'why's of a move. But other than that, she's great! I also enjoy her step aerobic tapes. Read more Less
